Not true.: Just eat a regular balanced and nutritious diet.  Nature will take you to your own height.

Diet: If you have blood loss with the procedure then eating high iron foods would be fine.  Otherwise just a normal healthy diet balanced with lean protein, veggies and fruit and low in processed foods and simple sugars

Patient care: The staining probably came  from something you ate or drank. One of my patients came in after eating a curry bases dish- wow. Call your doc and asked to be seen earlier to help the situation. Also try rinsing with half peroxide & haf water solution.

The rest are okay: I'd urge you to get your vitamins from a balanced diet rather than a bottle. Avoid taking vitamin a itself; if your dermatologist isn't adverse to your taking a multivitamin with only a small amount of a, it would be okay. Your vitamin d can come from reasonable sun exposure.

Common problem: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Avoid Sunlight !!: SLE and PMLE are both exacerbated by sunlight . As such , you must be very vigilant about getting too much sun. Use Sunscreens of at least #30 SPF daily  ; stay out of the sun between 10-3 PM.

Fertile XX: If i may speak truthfully, no one knows what fertile xx does because it is not a controlled or regulated substance, so no one has bothered studying it. It is a 'natural' product said to contain black cohosh, chasteberry, and others in "therapeutic amounts." even the manufacturer doesn't specify how-much-of-what is in it. I think it's unlikely it affects serotonin, or anything else...

can never swallow my pills, i psych myself out and thing i'm gosh yo choke, physically won't let me swallow them. any tips, accutane is a must 2 take.

Practice: Use Tic-Tacs to practice with. The thing to remember is that the food you chew at a meal produces a bigger blob than any pill you have to swallow. If you can swallow your food at mealtime, you can swallow a pill. When using the Tic-Tacs, place on various parts of tongue and find which area and placement works best for you. You can master this!!
