Depends on a lot: 1st, it depends how high.  If HDL is over 85, then yes, LDL can be very high - for most people.  2nd, what other risk factors do you have? See a lipid specialist and consider a 'fractionated lipid panel' to help determine risk.

Replace with unsaturated vegetable oils, veggies, fish, soy, nuts and fruit.
