No: Gonadal sex cord-stromal tumors are interesting neoplasms of the gonadal structures.  The pathology of these tumors is reflected in  Sertoli cell tumors, These lesions can occur in both male and female gonads.  They are however  more common in the testis where they usually exhibit a lobular pattern. In the ovary, tubular differentiation is usually the predominant finding.  One variant of Sertoli cell tumor, the large cell calcifying form, appears to be restricted to the testis

Unknown: I would think anticoagulation of some sort would be considered if you were significantly symptomatic. I would defer this long term radiologic finding to your urologist.

on a recent ct, abd/pelvis w iv contrast, my right gonadal vein somewhat prominent 8.0mm diameter.could this be contributing to my chronic pain?

Possibly: That diameter is 3-4 times normal. Possible causes include a portocaval shunt due to liver disease. Speak with your doctor about this and consider a consult with a gastroenterologist.

i have just recovered from bronchitis and sinusitis, however ive developed pain in the bottom of my right rib. coughing, touching or if a move a certain way causes extreme pain. (general standing and sitting i am in no pain.)?

Rib pain: You most likely were having coughing spells while sick and have now strained your intercostal muscles.
They will get better in the next few days.  You could take aspirin or such for a few days.  If it continues longer or gets worse then you should be seen either by your physician or the emergency department depending on how bad the symptoms are.
