On a recent ct, abd/pelvis w iv contrast, my right gonadal vein somewhat prominent 8.0mm diameter.could this be contributing to my chronic pain?

Possibly: That diameter is 3-4 times normal. Possible causes include a portocaval shunt due to liver disease. Speak with your doctor about this and consider a consult with a gastroenterologist.
