Not enough fiber: Likely your godson does not have enough fiber in his diet.  The best remedy for this is to increase the amount of water ( 4-5 glasses a day), and increase this fiber content.  For example more vegetables, high fiber cereals, etc.  Medications (eg. stool softeners) are rarely needed in children.

Start new time ahead: Jet lag is a mismatch between your internal clock and the external world if possible begin to shift to the new time zone (or at least a few hours closer to new zone) prior to leaving.  Once you depart immediately begin eating and sleeping according to new time zone.  Once you arrive get out. Into the morning and afternoon sunlight and take melatonin at bedtime, these help to reset your clock.

Contact/inform his d: His doctor needs to know that the BP is not coming down adequately...It should be brought down to less than 130/80. This will need additional medication as most patients with severe hypertension require 2 or 3 different medicines to fully control their bp.

Late to do anything: By the age of 21 all of your bones have reached a mature stage and your height will not increase any more. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form.

Males generally stop growing about 17, when there growth centers close.An x-ray of your wrist/hand can be analysed for chance of more growth.If the growth centers are closed, you are done.

my godson has been with us since thursday. he had contact with his grandmother whom has tested positive since monday. he hasn't shown any symptoms would it be best to keep him by us? are we more at risk if he stays here?

COVID 19:  Can't say for sure. If is asymptomatic and has not been tested - you really don't know if he has COVID 19. An asymptomatic child who is infected may still be able to transmit disease.
