Probably fine to use: Sports drinks are usually not needed (water does fine). If a person drinks >16oz bottle, he'll be getting more sugar than he might want. On websites, iso plus has 24g, gatorade g has 28g, and powerade has 28g of sugar per 16oz. All have some potassium (k) and sodium (na). Small amounts of Amino Acids are put into various drinks, but may be for marketing strategy, rather than the human body's need.
