Do glutamine and condroitin sulfate help aches and pains in artrosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Worth a try: There are studies that have drawn completely opposite conclusions as regards their effectiveness. It is worth a try. Take at least 1, 500 mg of glucosamine and 1, 200 mg of chondroitin for at least 3 months before deciding if it effective.
