i'm healthy, and if all numbers for cbc are within range, is 4.7 for my serum phosphorus level a concern?  only number out of range.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

can a hematologist pls explain diff btwn serum free light chain and total flc? serum and urine numbers are 3x high for flc, total light chain/ratio ok

Free light chains: The light chain ratio is a number that represents the ratio of kappa to lambda light chains. It tells me that one light chain is produced at higher amounts versus the other .

i have hereditary hemachromatosis. recent iron panel tibc 295, uibc 196, iron 99, iron sat 34% serum ferritin 47
last phlebotomy was 3 mo ago. do these numbers mean maintenance? or is saturation still to high?

45, female. can you interpret these numbers for me. bun 22, serum creatinine is 1.17, egfr is 56, chloride is 108, ag ratio is 2.3. can dehydration cause the elevation in the numbers or should i be concerned about my kidney function?

: Labs are basically near normal, except for a lower GFR (less than normal passage of urine through the kidney), which can indicate potential damage eventually from dehydration.  Get a referral to a nephrologist for guidance, and increase your hydration with clear fluids.

can stress cause higher serum light chain numbers? kappa slightly elevated (21.5), lambda normal, k/l ratio normal. kappa, lambda, k/l ratio in urine all normal. no m protein observed. i have stress and anxiety..just wondering if this could affect.

Ignore this test: The test for serum free light chains has a very limited role and what your described, more than once, is no cause for concern.

Your Hgb and ferr=: itin are good,  I don't know what fer serum is.. II would continue current dose till we figure out what fer serum is-if it is iron it is low. You are no longer anemic.
