The only way: to have absolutely no worry about diseases is for you to suck on a candy cane and only use your hand on your partner. body fluids, especially semen, can carry many diseases. using condoms provides a lot of protection IF they don't break or come off accidentally. HPV, the wart virus that causes cancer in vaginas, rectums and throats, can pass through condoms, however, so nothing's perfect.

Best to be checked to set your mind at ease. Gargling with mix of warm salt water, mouthwash, &amp; dash of  peroxide can ease the pain. DON'T SWALLOW mix
