lmp 21/08/12 due date 29/05/13 went for 12 week scan to find i was only 9 weeks 3 days and given due date of 18/06/13 when could i of concieved?

Big if...: If the ultrasound was spot-on, ; if you have a reg 28-day cycle, ovulating on day 14, then you would've ovulated ~ 9/25/12 ; likely conceived from intercourse in the 9/20-9/27 time frame. But. That's a lot of ifs. The ultrasound date of 9w3d likely has an error margin of +/- 7-10 days, ; your normal cycle might vary as well. But typically, a 9w3d date means it is 7w3d after conception.

my last period was march 13 2015 cycle of 31.i took a plan b on march 26.  i had an ultasound monday im said too be 8 weeks i. given due date of dec 18 2015. when did i concive?

Conception date: Generally women ovulate about a week after the last day of their period. However, if your periods were not regular prior to conception, then your ovulation timing may be different. Based on your due date and first day of your last menstrual period, you likely ovulated around March 27th, and conceived between March 23rd-31st. Again, this is based on a 28 day cycle.

Yes: Anyitme between 36 and 42 weeks is entirely normal for the start of spontaneous labor.

Due dates: These dates are estimations and can vary considerably.  Take good care of yourself.

Depends: If you cycle length is more like 35 days then yes.  But based of typical 28-30 day cycle its more likely around Sept 5th.  If any question because of more than one partner, please get paternity testing done.

Conception: It has to be as accurate as they can make it. There is very little leeway now.  You can always verify every thing about your pregnancy on the internet. i had sex on 31st august and then 12-14th september. i have been given my due date from ultrasound as 4th june & 12 weeks pregnant today. which date is my conception date?

Accepted Answer

Conception date: Given say  a few days or weeks should be 9 months before your delivery date. Or add 9 months to dates you had sex about 9 months before you arrival dates. This is mot an exact science. Check with local team as they may be better at this as they know you.  I do not.

confused my ultrasound reports from 7 weekscan, 12 week and 20 have given me a due date of 17th feb 2022 but says lmp 5th may 2021 and then on another report it says lmp 13th may why have my lmp changed and whats accurate as want to work out concepti?

: The LMP in the reports is entered manually (so different technicians can enter it differently) and is not calculated from the measurements in the ultrasound. It is not useful in trying to determine conception.

i am 33 weeks 4 days pregnant, the dr has given me a due date of april 17, 2013 based on ultrasound. when is the most probable day/days of conception?

Subtract 2 weeks: When "calculating" this, we assume a 28 day cycle with ovulation on day 14. So obviously, it is just an estimate. To get approximate conception date, subtract 2 weeks from your current gestational age. That will then be how many weeks ago you conceived. So in your case,  your date of conception is approximately  31 weeks 4 days ago.

Accepted Answer

The 8-11 week scan: A prenatal ultrasound that gives a gestational age of 8-11 weeks is the reliable one for dating, which then brings up the question:  when during the first trimester was the scan done?
