Conception: It has to be as accurate as they can make it. There is very little leeway now. You can always verify every thing about your pregnancy on the internet. All the tools you need are at your fingertips. You may want to check out conception calculators. Here is the one I use: http://www.babymed.com/pregnancy-due-date-calculator.
