Itchy scalp: Lavender oil, eucalyptus oil, avocado oil and german chamomile oil are excellent natural home remedies for itchy scalp. Mix these oils in equal proportions and, add some water and finally apply the resultant mixture to heal itchy scalp in a natural way.

There isn't a 'cure': Melissa officinalis or lemon balm (cream) expedites healing of cold sores. It can reduce healing time by half. Studies also show that regular use can help v recurrences.  Brief supplementation with lysine 1, 000mg orally three times a day at the onset, can also hasten healing.

Need more history: It is hard to tell based on the scanty history given.  Have you been using a new skin lotion, soap (esp. strongly scented) laundry detergent, supplement, new medication, new food item etc?  
Dry skin is a common problem this time of the year and it may be worthwhile to use some moisturizer on your skin

Itch: If you are having trouble breathing go to ER.  Not sure as to cause, likely allergy but if on vitamin, make sure no niacin in it as that can cause a reaction like this.
