Conception and retention is a bit impaired at that level of kidney function, and as kidney functions decline further, fertility is further impaired. But chronic dialysis females conceive pregnancies and deliver. So - yes, is possible; if pregnancy happens, is HIGHER RISK

Igan is characterized by the hematuria it causes, which just means blood in the urine. This disease is common, but there is no single treatment about which all doctors agree. Ace inhibitors work well but should not be used in pregn.

As long as you have no health issues which should show up during the donor workup you should be able to live a normal healthy life with one kidney. In : In general, pregnancies after 35 are considered higher-risk, although many studies now show that the vast majority of women who get pregnant after 35 have very successful pregnancies.  Usually women after age 35 are followed more closely and sometimes have more testing performed.  It may be a good idea to see a gynecologist that you would like to be followed with before you get pregnant to discuss your medical history and to have a general health screening.
