Kidney transplant: It is very commendable that you are considering donating a kidney to your mother. As long as you have no health issues which should show up during the donor workup you should be able to live a normal healthy life with one kidney. It should not affect your chances of getting pregnant in the future.

Get evaluated: Your mom is lucky to have a daughter like you. Get yourself evaluated as potential donor in a transplant center.Mthey are very strict about chosing donors. Donors should be perfectly healthy and if there is even a slightest doubt that you would not do well with single kidney they will reject you. People live with single kidney witn no side effects and go through pregnancy normally.
