Less than a week.: Half-life elimination for Depakote (increased with liver disease): adults: 9-16 hours. That means that within a week after stopping depakote, it is completely out of your system. Your wife should be taking Folic Acid at 4-5 mg daily to prevent fetal anomalies for 6-52 weeks prior to conception!

Depends: The time can vary depending on one's current Depakote level, type of Depakote (such as er) and if there is any liver impairment. To be on the conservative side, i would say 10 days or possibly sooner.

Benign neglect: It'll come back...just have a little patience....well, maybe more patience than you'd like....it'll come back....unfortunately, I hesitate to give you any straight guarantees or predictions that it'll be exactly the same because that is entirely dependent on how the roots are doing in the scalp. Not usually: You need to get an exam to determine the source of your vaginitis. It would be unusual for Depakote to be the sole cause of vaginitis.

Pregnancy ; Bipolar: This is a complicated situation, and i&#x27;m so glad you&#x27;re thinking ahead.  Navigating this requires extensive conversations between you, your psychiatrist, and your high-risk OB physician.  These meds may be helping keep your bipolar disorder stable, but they&#x27;re also associated with risks in pregnancy. There would also be risks to you off the medication. Good luck with your discussions ; plans.

would an ortho give me pain meds before my knee appointment in two weeks?

Maybe not: Whether a PRIME doctor prescribes medications depends on the doctor, the patient, and each individual situation. PRIME fees are the same, regardless of whether or not medication is prescribed, because the fees are for the consultations (not the meds). A patient might not get psychiatric medications from a PRIME doctor, but she can give PRIME a try if she wishes, and get some good advice.
