Air bubbles: I gather you are referring to crackling sounds when you push on the skin at your neck and chest. If this is so, what did you do before it started happening? I highly recommend you see your PCP ASAP or go to the closest ER to rule out pneumothorax.

If no injury: and no trouble swallowing, breathing, or with acid reflux, this could just be gas.  Try Simethicone or antacid with Simethicone and see if it helps you belch.  If that relieves it, nothing else is necessary.  If not, you might have something else going on and should be seen, perhaps have an x-ray or esophageal study.  Good luck!

Musculoskeletal pain: If the pain gets worse with movement and ,if you press certain point on the chest/rib area and is tender then it is due to inflammation of the cartilage. Anti Inflammatory medicine like Advil/Aleve may help you. 
If you have cough, fever or Heart condition please seek the doctor's advise .

Underlying causes: If you have a history of allergies and asthma, please follow your recommended plan, This may include avoidance of dust, pollen and other allergens. Avoid smoke and pollutants. If the cough is related to an irritated throat, try a spoon of honey and tea. A cool air mist humidifier may also provide comfort. Watch for signs of chest pain, fever and shortness of breath, please follow up .

Where?: Where is the air bubble? If it is outside the body you may puncture it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
