With banked sperm.: Sperm banking is an important part of any discussion for those undergoing treatment for testicular cancer. Most cancers involve one testicle only, but those with testicular cancer appear to have abnormalities with their sperm in the unaffected testis. Removal of both testicles, chemotherapy, or retroperitoneal surgery for more advanced testis cancer can render the patient infertile.

More history: Cysts on the testicles are fairly common. Most of them are benign and asymptomatic (no bothersome feelings). They are incidental findings on ultrasounds done for other reasons. If they are benign, small, and cause no symptoms, they need no removal.

: You may be experiencing cyst formations in the scrotum  or epididymal tubes. Apparently one of them is irritated or inflamed. I recommend having an examination by your physician or a urologist for diagnosis and advice. Any appropriate testing such as an ultrasound will be ordered.

my left testicle is hard and bigger than the other. theres instances where the left one is hard, and the other sagging. theres no pain, just hardness and wondering what it could be? will the testicle need to be removed? will this go away?

: In all mature males, one testicle hangs lower than the other; no problem there. However, if the hardness and enlargement are quite definite, and especially if they are new, see a urologist for professional evaluation. Without pain or tenderness, infection (epididymitis) is unlikely, but a tumor or other mass (hydrocele?) are possible. Good luck.

Hydrocele or tumor: Hydroceles are a collection of fluid around testicle ; commonly first thought, by subject, that testicle inself is enlarged. Outline is smooth and feels like a tense fluid filled sac. Testis tumors are hard ; irregular. Leukemia, or lymphoma of testis can be a hard, smooth enlargement. Scrotal ultrasound is an excellent, non-invasive diagnostic tool for enlarged testes.

Varicoceles occur: Collection of tortuous veins in left scrotum, feel like a "bag of worms" when standing ; can not be felt when recumbent. No you do not get hemorrhoids in the scrotum or testicle.  
Varicoceles usually do not, but may cause any pain or discomfort. See a urologist if your condition causes any significant discomfort.
