Don't Bother: Taking 30mg of Ritalin (methylphenidate) will do little except increase your heart rate, elevate your blood pressure, and will not give a "high".  Taking these kind of medicines without your physicians approval can be dangerous and should never be done.  I list the mild effects, but long term use can lead to paranoid schizophrenic reaction that is very difficult to treat,  don't bother trying!

You make less: The most popular cholesterol pills prevent you from making the stuff. This is simplistic but basically accurate. Other meds have other mechanisms of action. Cholesterol is a lipid so it's not water-soluble and won't be leaving in the urine.

Possible...: A woman can get pregnant if her body somehow managed to ovulate because she missed a pill, but it is not very likely. One cannot tell for sure!  so, a urine pregnancy can be done after the next period, or 2-3 weeks after having sex. At those times, the test is quite accurate (if done correctly and read correctly).

Need a Follow-up.: I would assume that these are and immediate release form since your doctor prescribed them so often.  The frequency of taking an immediate release medication should not affect the efficacy of the medication.  An immediate release form of morphine should be effective within 30-60 min after taking.  If you are not getting any relief by that time, then you should discuss this with your physician.
