HPV: Yes it is possible to have urethral lesions from hpv infection and it is unlikely that topical application of medication to external lesions will affect intraurethral lesions.  See your urologist.

: Vaginal intercourse can certainly irritate the warts which can result in discomfort during sex.

Possibly: Rubbing over warts in one area and using a vibrator to stimulate other areas in and around the vagina could potentially spread warts. Genital warts are viral and thus can spread from one surface to another.

Be checked ...: You need a face to face evaluation for detailed history + direct look + testing as needed so to deduce right diagnosis for right care &amp; counseling. Occasionally, genital warts may appear at urethral meatus (opening), but usually accompanying warts in other parts of external genitalia, perineum, etc.

: HPV or genital warts do not cause irritation or itching. Vulvar irritation may last a while after successful yeast treatment. The doctor's exam may have stirred up such symptoms but probably is not the cause.

 I would please see a Urologist for a proper check up.

: This never happens, or so rarely you can ignore it. People are immune to new infections with the HPV type they already have.

: I am not sure what you mean, when you write—-Catina?  Are you referring to something else.  I don’t know of anything called Catina,  anatomically.  Typo error?
