Depends on contact: If your vagina was penetrated by an erect, uncovered penis you could be pregnant: I am confused as to what " unprotected sexual contact" means to you? Semen on your leg will not make you pregnant; however, if there was withdrawal after insertion, please get checked.

: In medicine we are taught to never say never but the cited contact is unlikely to pas genital warts. Resurgence of the warts after removal is rare and the common method of transfer is with exposed warts in place.

Accepted Answer

Nope: Trichomonas is not carried in the oral cavity, therefore cannot be caught from oral sex or contact with saliva. It is only possible by intercourse. However, newly diagnosed trich doesn't necessarily mean a recent new exposure (for example, if you're wondering how you caught it). Trich can be carried in the vagina for many years (and not detected on routine testing) and then flare up with symptoms.

Oral sex which way?: Gonorrhea is only transmitted from the infected site, and it doesn't travel through the body to other places. If you have untreated urethral (penile) gonorrhea and a partner performs oral sex on you, she can acquire oral gonorrhea. You can't give it by performing oral sex. However, you should not be having ANY sex until and unless your gonorrhea has been treated and cured.

HPV: There are many strains of HPV,  some of which have a greater chance of developing into malignant cells.  Transmission may occur from any contact of mucosal surfaces, with subsequent  viral transfer to the genital tract , including manual, oral or actual genital contacts. Most strains of HPV do not cause malignant cell transformation, but annual pap smears provide treatment options.

Mono, hepatitis, flu, and many seasonal viruses can be passed through intimate contact so one could label them "sexually transmitted".

: Your many questions show you are obsessed about HPV for no good reason. If a penis does not enter your body, you are unlikely to be infected. But if you are, no big deal:  getting and having genital HPV is a normal, expected consequence of having sex; unless you remain a lifelong virgin, probably you will have HPV someday. But you can bevaccinated for 90% protection against serious outcomes.
