Incomplete rbbb can progress to a complete right bundle block.

High dietary cholesterol will increase total cholesterol and its sub fractions. Dietary fats will usually be reflected in your triglycerides.

Minimally, if at all: Remember most of the cholesterol in your body is made by your liver. Only about 1/4 of it comes in through your diet, and if you are adequately fasting (at least 8 hours), most of the dietary cholesterol should be out of your system. Also, the total and HDL (good) cholesterols are not affected much by diet, and can be checked without fasting.

LDL Not Cholesterol: Most likely yes. But LDL & HDL are lipoproteins, i.e. Protein particles which carry all fats in the water outside cells. Ldl is always in nmol/l, best <700, HDL in µmol/l, best large-hdl >10. See NMR particle test, <$100. Ldl particles are the primary driver of artery ds. Cholesterol is a fat made by every body cell, not best test, ldl-c is calculated, not measured, cheaper but often misleading.
