Gerd: things that should be avoided are: coffee, soft drinks, spicy food, greasy food, tomatoes, smoking, but honey should not cause any problem

Gastritis: Gastritis could very well be what is going on. Still other possibilities especially with the diarrhea. If you have any additional systemic symptoms (fever, etc) I would see a doc/urgent care.

: Gallbladder and stomach inflammation may cause this referred pain  Consider H pylori testing, a probiotic and eating yogurt with your meals. A PPI can be prescribed by your physician. Watch for severe pain,fever and vomiting.

Unusual: you can have reflux without heartburn but it is unusual.  Abdominal pain is unusual symptom of Gerd and if it persists needs to be evaluated possibly with an endoscopy.

Gerd: H pylori is often associated with gerd can try elevating head of bed on 8 inch blocks and see if this helps if you have problems at night.

4 months ago dx with hiatal hernia, gastritis, gerd. i get heartburn occasionally, but for 6 months now i experience pain in right side of neck that can radiate to the right arm and wrist. my gastro md doubts gerd as cause. is this gastrointestinal?

In a way: Gastritis is regarded inflammation of stomach lining.  There can be several causes.  One cause might be excessive gastric acid.  Gerd is reflux of gastric acid up the food tube, the esophagus. Laxity & incompetence of the muscle mechanism that closes off the stomach from the esophagus allows esophageal acid reflux to occur and to irritate that part of the esophagus adjacent to the stomach.
