Delayed periods.: Gastritis does not have anything to do with delayed periods. Two different system and two different problems.
Look for a different cause for the delayed periods based upon the clinical situation.

More info is needed: Unless your heart palpitations have been evaluated by a cardiologist, you must do this first!  gastritis and anemia may be treated as well, but concentrate on your heart issue first.  Stress may also contribute to palpitations.

Using these pain relievers regularly or taking too much of these drugs may reduce a key substance that helps preserve the protective lining of your stomach.Left untreated, gastritis may lead to stomach ulcers and stomach bleeding.

Probably not HIV: Acute HIV infection is very unlikely for these symptoms, and HIV is almost never acquired by oral sex. (There are few if any proved cases of HIV transmitted mouth to penis.) This sounds like gastrointestinal infection, probably nothing to do with the sexual exposure, although it is possible you acquired a GI infection during that event. Discuss with your doctor. ive spoken with a doctor about this. im looking for other opinions: i have autoimmune gastritis. i vomited blood 6 weeks ago. a cbc showed no sign of active bleeding. no bloody vomit since. does this mean theres no longer blood down there?

: Not necessarily. CBC does rule out active bleeding. You may have an ulcer that bled 6 weeks ago and could bleed again. It would be prudent to have an upper GI barium study or better upper endoscopy.
