Pain ; vomiting: Vomiting is characteristic of inflammation of the stomach that can be caused by an or an ulcer. If it affects only the stomach (exclusively vomiting), then it's a "gastritis". Diarrhea is also noted, then the small intestines (an "enteritis"" may also be involved.
