Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

after a normal poop, i started to have an empty feeling in stomach that feels like my stomach has to growl but wont. its a very uncomfortable feeling and idk if its gas or if i need to poop again. ive had this for a while but not this bad?

Ibs, celiac sprue, lactose intolerance (e.g. Lactase deficiency) or other food intolerance, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth to name a few.  I suggest taking a probiotic supplement to correct any imbalance in intestinal flora and dietary change to a low-fodmaps diet (ibsfree.Net).  If not better, see a gastroenterologist.

Trial of therapy with acid suppression like ranitidine, pantoprazole can be helpful

1. Swallow less air.  This is best achieved by eating slower, not talking when eating, and eating less temperature hot foods (when food is hot we inhale a lot of air to cool it down)
2. If this doesn't help, simethicone (gas-x) can help dissolve gas particles and make gas easier to pass
3. If still a problem see a GI doctor or pcp.
