Imbalance if gut: Unless your diet has changed recently, it could be an imbalance of your gut flora. Try an otc probiotic for a month ; see if this helps.

Gas: Also look into an "elimination diet". Trying taking out one thing at a time for 5days and see if it helps. Start with things like dairy, artificial sweeteners, wheat, carbonation, caffeine. After taking them out, reintroduce them to see if the symptoms return. Take your time eating. Swallowing air is a big cause of gas. Keep a diary of how each change affects you.
