Dyspepsia/gastritis.: Dyspepsia/Gastritis  with or without Peptic Ulcer Disease seem to be potential issues. Appointment with One's PCP or Gastroenterology Consult is recommended. Though One is only 35 y/o an EKG with complete Physical Exam can also be helpful

Gallbladder: There a lot of possibilities, including possibly a simple viral gastroenteritis; but gallstones and other problems with the gallbladder can produce similar symptoms and so you should be seen.

Stomach ulcer: Spicy foods can iritate the stomach lining in some patients. Try otc medicines such as famotidine(pepcid) or Omeprazole (prilosec) and an antacid (mylanta or maalox plus) for two weeks. See your doctor if persists. Avoid spices, alcohol, coffee, tobacco and stress.

Right sided: pain in this region is worrisome for Gallstones. If you have not your gallbladder removed yet,  it is best to let your Primary doctor know in order to  get an Ultrasound of the gallbladdder.  If it abnormal, you may nbeed it removed.

Dyspepsia: This could be symptomatic of GERD. Unlikely to represent a metastatic cancer. The partial relief with passing gas and the use of PPIs points to a temporary but repeating condition. The spinal pain is a bit unusual for GERD; it is more likely to be referred pain form say the gallbladder, but even that is a bit unusual - GB pain refers to the upper back and shoulder. See a gastroenterologist.

Abdominal pain: Sounds like your pain is from the gas moving through you transverse colon.  Also the gas has to travel from the ascending colon to make a turn to the transverse colon and then turn again to the descending colon.  Stretching of the bowel with gas can give you pain as you describe. Generally resolves as the gas resolves. Complicating the is the Lorcet (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) you are using which can cause constipation.

Will be OK: Co 2 used to inflate abdomen will diapers rapidly, pain most likely not from gas,   is due to fluid collection irritating the diaphragm , will take couple days to clear.

i am taking carafate (sucralfate) and zantac, can i also take gas x? is it safe i am feeling pain under the ribcage on my right side.  i am also nursing. thanks

Indigestion: One or two doses will probably be okay but you may need to modify your diet to address what sounds like indigestion. Sometimes you may use elimination process to identify the offending  factor for instance cow milk. Speak with you doctor if your symptoms persist.
