i was sitting on the couch bent over to get the dog toy felt like a huge balloon burst in my stomach no pain at but for the last hour having small bubbles under rib cage? everything is right sided and still no pain, dangerous?

Evaluation: Watch for pain, difficulty breathing and shortness of breath. From your description a chest radiograph is indicated to rule out a collapsed are of your right lung. Please see urgent care, rest and monitor your temperature. The injury is unlikely to be related to a rib fracture unless there was trauma to the area.

If symptoms are not improving, you should consult your local physician, as there are many things that could cause this symptom

Does not appear to be pleurisy or pneumonia. Advise evaluation by a physician for physical exam and further work up.

Right sided rib pain: Could be gastritis for which you could try over the counter ranitidine  and or prevecid or could be gallbladder. Follow up with doc and consider ultrasound to check gallbladder.
