started reading why we get fat by gary taubes. seems unhealthy to eat so much protein. and knowledge about the books content or recommendations of another book about  a healthy diet?

Avoid processed food: Simple sugars and processed carbs should be avoided or limited. This includes any flour product. The fine grind makes absorption quick, and spikes your blood sugar which increases Insulin and promotes weight gain. Good fats such as olive oil and coconut oil are fine in sensible amounts. Eat a rainbow of organic vegetables and max 3-4 oz protein with each meal 5 hours apart.

hutch cancer research president dr gary gilliand says we will have a cure for most, if not all cancers? i find this highly implausible, but i am not a scientist. what do you think?

: I can only speculate on the answer.  Obviously, we have been researching cancer for a long time.  Yet, we've made only humble progress with many types of cancer.  (By the way, we need to realize that "cancer" is a generic name that describes many very different types.)  I do remain optimistic that, in time we will continue to progress and hopefully find cures; exactly how long, is difficult to say

what does it mean if you have a huge vein in the corner of eye with gary spot underneath it? there is a lot of pressure on that eye.

follow up to dr singh trying to understand blood counts my lymphs were usually in 1.5 range and up now last 2 visits were 1.4 and 1.2 dr say normal why?

%s fluctuate: Alternate example: scoop a thimble of sand and count grains. Repeat several times. The numbers will all vary, yet be close. If nothing has changed w/you between tests, expect little variation like described. If caught cold / stressed / other--see #s of polys / lymphs / eos / baso / monos all shift amongst themselves. They are specialists in immune defense, called on when needed.

it was the cervix.. you asked on aug 21, 2021 what does this mean? atrophic pattern; predominantly parabasal cells? dr. gurmukh singh answered 45 year experience in pathology there is no cancer. what tissue/organ was biopsied?

Still liver issue: Alcohol is the commonest cause of liver damage, but other things including prescribed  drugs can cause liver abnormalities. Your cousin has low total protein and elevated liver enzymes and needs to be investigated for liver disease. If your cousin desires, she should discuss the matter with her doctor, or find a different doctor if the current one is not helpful.

dr gurmukh singh, just a quick question. i understand the risk is negligible. be on the safer side, would you suggest me to start pep in 72 hrs . i fear , i wiped the semen off the tip of my penis using the same hand with may be some vaginal fluid?

: I'm sure Dr. Singh will also reply, but speaking as an STI and HIV prevention expert, I can assure you that such an exposure has little or no chance of transmitting HIV, even if your partner has HIV. Few if any experts would recommend PEP in this situation. You can expect Dr. Singh to agree.
