Where?: Is this burn in your mouth?  See a dentist if so.  If elsewhere, you need to get checked.  That is too long and it should have healed by now.  Also, you may be reacting to whatever medicine you are putting on it, so stop.  Keep it clean, and put only a very light coat of Aquaphor on it and a bandaid.  Do get checked!

Not likely: Please let your friends know that the garlic myth is a very cruel myth out out there by an uncaring person. After one year there may be little to do. A good dermatologist will know best after examination.

Scars &amp; Vitamin E: Life holds no guarantees as we know, but vitamin e oil placed directly on the scar regularly can help to fade or remove the scar.  You can get a bottle of it in the drug store.  It's inexpensive and worth a try; just be patient.  Peace and good health.

Chemical burn: If infected, you may need an antibiotic cream like silvadene, (silver sulfadiazine) if simply a dermatitis-a low dose topical steroid cream may help. You need to get the rash looked at and properly diagnosed to assure the right treatment is used.  best wishes to you.

Skin burn: The scar can be from the acne itself. If it is red and inflammed, you can try hydrocortisone cream which will bring down any redness and may fade it. I would only use it once a day on the face for only a week at a time as it can depigment the skin if used more than that. Limit sun exposure as this may darken it. Sunblock is recommended. Also, with time, most scars fade on their own.

Garlic paste burn: Apply ice cubes initially. Then you can apply aloe vera or vitamin e cream.

Forgive me...: Of course this is going to happen if you put garlic on hemorrhoids. I suspect the websites that were put up to urge people to do this are cruel pranks. Please get with your physician and learn how they can be managed rationally.  Again, i'm sorry this happened to you.

Hemmorhoids: I have not heard of that being used 
usually we use topical steroids 

also, it is a very common problem, not to worry. Can be related to either constipation or diarrhea. 
Hemorrhoids should be evaluated by a colo-rectal or general surgeon 

you will require dietary, bathroom habit modifications and sometimes office based procedures if medical management is ineffective such as sitz baths, creams.

Garlic: Garlic may have a minimal effect on cholesterol other than that and a pleasant taste in food all it is doing is giving you very bad breath.
