Chemical burn: If infected, you may need an antibiotic cream like silvadene, (silver sulfadiazine) if simply a dermatitis-a low dose topical steroid cream may help. You need to get the rash looked at and properly diagnosed to assure the right treatment is used. best wishes to you.
