Where?: Is this burn in your mouth? See a dentist if so. If elsewhere, you need to get checked. That is too long and it should have healed by now. Also, you may be reacting to whatever medicine you are putting on it, so stop. Keep it clean, and put only a very light coat of Aquaphor on it and a bandaid. Do get checked!
