Valerian liquid?: I'm not sure if you are talking about valerian liquid. You can practically buy anything on the internet these days, including valerian liquid. I would be cautious about buying any form of medication (prescribed or herbal) online because you never know what you are truly getting.

What medication?: I guess the answer depends on what liquid sleep medication you are referring to. Typicaly sleep medications are not prescribed to 17 year olds. Let the doctor prescribing the medication know you are on the Xulane birth control patch. I am not aware of any that interact with it.

Texture or taste: Sometimes the medication makes the liquid chunky or tastes bitter. 
You can practice swallowing a pill using mini m&m's.

The IV route is appropriate for acute congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema, or hypertensive crisis.

Varies: It depends upon what medication you are talking about. In general, however, fastest absorption is the sublingual route, where the medication is placed under the tongue. Very few medications, however, are designed to be taken this way. Next fastest are usually the gel caps. Chewables actually have about the same absorption as solid pills. If wondering about a specific medication, ask pharmacist!

Yes, contagious: Warts are viruses, transmitted from person to person by touch.  If you keep it covered with a bandaid, and no one touches it, then you are much less likely to transfer it.  Additionally, wart virus rests on the surface of the skin- if it goes deep, then you have a verrucous carcinoma.  Hopefully the compound w helps.  If not, laser can help as can liquid nitrogen & topicals like veregen (sinecatechins) and aldara.
