Doctor can evaluate: Many things are in the abdomen:  stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, appendix, large intestine, abdominal muscles, kidneys, etc...  An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen can be due to gallstones. Pain in the right lower abdomen can be appendicitis. Stomach flu, food poisoning, other infections, etc., can also cause pain.

Doctor can evaluate: Abdominal pain can be from many things. Stomach acid problems cause pain, as does pancreatitis or gallstones. Appendicitis is always a concern (pain is usually right lower abdomen, worsens over time, with fever coming on). If constipated for a while, stool could have backed up and cause pain. Gastrointestinal infections can cause pain, nausea, vomiting, and fever. A doctor's exam may be needed.

Doctor can evaluate: Teens with such symptoms may have a stomach virus infection, food-related illness, or something else such as appendicitis Stomach viruses may start with vague symptoms, but vomiting and nausea are most prominent symptoms in first 1-2 days.  Vomiting is usually followed by onset of diarrhea, lasting 2-4 days.  Fever can be part of illness first 1-3 days.  Dr. can check symptoms greater than mild.

my absolute eosinophils is 800. what should i do now? i have sharp upper abdominal pain. i had my gallbladder removed  pain feels like gallstones

Stone or ulcer: You could have passed a stone into the common bile duct which would cause similar symptoms. Ulcer disease or functional dyspepsia are possible. Not sure that eosinophil count is relevant. See your doctor or GI specialist for further evaluation.

Could be: Without proper testing a lot of entities are possible. I would suggest an urgent visit with your doctor or to the local emergency room. Chest, abdominal pain is something I take very seriously. Good luck.

Very possibly: Symptoms of narcotic withdrawal syndrome starts with anxiety and craving and then proceeds to restlessnes, runny eyes and nose followed by fevers, chills, diarrhea and vomiting. Abdominal pain is definitely a symptom of narcotic withdrawal, but can also be a symptom of many other conditions, including narcotic induced constipation. Symptoms pass in 3 days or so if they are from withdrawal.
