No: Miscarriage would have nothing to do with the gallbladder. You can have abdominal symptoms or problems if you have gallstones, but that would not be as a result of a pregnancy or miscarriage.

Two  organs: Sinuses  are  around  nose  on face.  Gallbladder  is  on under surface  of  liver  and  stores  bile  , infection  of  gallbladder  is  called  cholecystitis  and  other  on  sinusitis.

Not related : Only kidney stones can cause complicated urinary tract infections, gallstones are not directly related to UTI’s.

Consider MRCP: Would be unusual for 20 year old to get Cholecystitis but not impossible. Gall Bladder disease can occur in all age groups. Cause is not always clear. Could be that there is an abnormality of the biliary ducts. MRCP would answer this question. Need a gastroenterologist if symptoms persist or recur.

See your surgeon: Wound infections after surgery need to be evaluated by the surgeon, may need open wound packing, and will likely need antibiotics to prevent worsening or spreading of the infection.

???: Gall bladder infections do not feel or look like allergies. Food allergies are best handled by avoiding the food in question, or rarely by desensitization - not by chronic antihistamine use!

Severe infection: Where in body can cause multiple system failure.  It depends on the location and severity of infection, type of organism causing the infection, host response to infection, and how rapidly effective treatment of infection can proceed.

Overwhelming: Septicemia in any organ cause multiple organ failure.  It is rare for acute cholecystitis alone to cause multiple organ failure, unless there are co-morbid conditions such as malignancy, diabetes, hiv, liver disease or kidney failure,  but these are general statements, so ask your doctor for specific advice.

Need another MD: If you have a postoperative infection following a cholecystectomy and are prescribed the same antibiotic you were taking without cultures or imaging studies to determine extent of disease you should request a second opinion.
