i take 300mg of gabapentin 3 times daily. can i also take 0.25mg of xanax (alprazolam) twice a day. just started the gabapentin    interactions?

Generally OK: These drugs have different purposes.  Gabapentin is prescribed for pain.  Xanax (alprazolam) is for anxiety.  They are compatible.

: I would address this question to your pharmacist who will have more access to this type of information. We physicians know about grapefruit interacting with the metabolism of some statin medications as this has been well publicized. My reading doesn't mention clementine fruits in studies with gabapentin which is often prescribed in huge doses by neurologists.

Caffeine: Green tea has caffeine that can cause tachycardia and palpitations. Seretide can add to these side effects. Depends ow much green tea you want to consume may or may not matter.

i take 75 mg effexor, (venlafaxine) 25 mg seroquel and am starting gabapentin. is there any interactions with these three pills?

Go slow: gabapentin can add to seroquel (quetiapine)  to  create   fatigue  and  sleepiness     so   increase the  dose   slowly

Maybe (not) . . .: It's difficult to answer b/c you're from across pond in great britain so, having trained here in states & been isolated, I have no idea what is included in cough syrups sold where you live. Best to ask doc who prescribed your gabapentin. Or ask pharmacist. With that said, otc cough syrups sold in states may contain Guaifenesin +/- dextromethorphan which online.Epocrates.Com shows no issues w/gabap.

Reassurance: Gabapentin do not have any interaction with ADHD.

Talk to your PCP or: prescriber of medication. To help relieve constipation, remember to hydrate well, as dry stools tend to impact more, and cause constipation. Also, you can use a bulk laxative, or more vegetables (rough fiber), or stool softeners. If it's a chronic problem, your PCP needs to get involved, and you should discuss your concerns with her/him. See what's the easiest,safest alternatives.

is it safe for me to use glucosamine sulfate while taking omeprazole, gabapentin and calcium and other supplements without risk of interactions?

Should not be: An issue with your current medications.  Studies have shown that the liquid formulation of glucosamine is better.
