I would address this question to your pharmacist who will have more access to this type of information. We physicians know about grapefruit interacting with the metabolism of some statin medications as this has been well publicized. My reading doesn't mention clementine fruits in studies with gabapentin which is often prescribed in huge doses by neurologists.

Do not think so. As gabapentin has few drug-drug interactions period. See no reason you cannot eat whatever fruits you wish.
