ASA?: Asa has been linked to the buzzing but there are also other potential causes for it.  Consult an ENT to check out your hearing and the cause for the buzzing.

i was taking lavequin, been on it for 5 days. but now my ears feel "weird" like clog and my head feels fuzzy could this be ears or do to meds?

Not likely: Levofloxacin could conceivably cause this but it is far more likely to be due to whatever upper respiratory illness you have been treating.  Please go back and see the doctor who prescribed the antibiotic.

Ear infection: It sounds as if you may have an outer ear infection.  See your doctor.  He/she will be able to diagnose and treat your condition.

Seen an ENT: If you have not seen an Ear Nose and Throat Doctor, then you should see one.  You likely have chronic fluid.  You say that it is not wax, implying that you have been examined for wax.  However, they may not be able to discern serous fluid, or drum retraction and offer maneuvers, to try to correct it.  You may try popping your ears -pinch your nose and blow into your cheeks with your mouth closed.

i hit the back of my head really hard on saturday, vision went fuzzy for minutes afterwards but cleared. feel nauseous but not been sick, the headache has not cleared since.  pain in neck and ears now, do i go to er?

If pain is: persistent after 3 days, yes you should go to ER.  Brain injury is unlikely, but injury to neck is possible.

Nerve problem?: There are several nerves that control sensation of the external ear. If the ear gets numb, there is likely a problem with one of these nerves. See a doctor to figure out the cause.
