Not a problem: You probably had an older roll which was growing mold.  Most molds of this type taste bad so we limit the intake, but will do no harm to your body.  Your digestive system will handle this with no problem.

Your doctor: It depends what type of aspergillus infection is being treated here; invasive? Chronic cavitary? It comes down to stabilizing/normalizing your inflammation labs and stable imaging.  Discuss with your infectious disease doctor.
