LH/FSH&gt; 2 maybe PCO: Pcos = polycystic ovarian syndrome is really the name for a disruption in the way the ovary works such that the ovary tries to release an egg but just can't.  The messengers from the brain (fsh and lh) go higher to try to get the egg released. If unsuccessful in doing so, infertility and no menses results.  If you have regular menses, even though the lh and fsh are high, you likely dont have pcos.

Not likely: The FSH value is high indicating that the ovary is not responding to stimulation to ovulate. Thus, no ovulation, no conception. Consult with a Fertility GYN MD if you are trying to conceive.

Too non-specific: It doesn't really mean or indicate much of anything - those numbers are "normal" but there is no interpretation when drawn on CD 7. To assess ovarian reserve you need to check on CD3 (and 7 is too late.) Sometimes tested for PCOS to calculate a ratio, but this is out of date and not part of a PCOS dx anymore. They are normal, that's good.

Thyroid worries: Normal values can range from 0.4 - 4.0 mIU/L  depending on:
Your symptoms
Results of other thyroid lab tests
Whether you are already being treated for thyroid problems
Higher-than-normal TSH levels are most often due to an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism). You need to get checked w other labs for definite diagnosis.
11 days cycle is longer. History &amp; exam will help DX if med related

im 24 year old with bmi of 21.5 and lh/fsh level of 8.87/7.96 on day 9 of my menstrual cycle.is this normal? my dr put me on metformin 1700mg/day.

Not enough data: If your doctor started you on metformin, s/he must have had a reason, but just based on the facts you've given, your bmi is not high, and your lh/fsh ratio is not really abnormal either. If you are already on birth control pills, these levels could be affected.  If you do go for a second opinion, make sure you bring all of your records, including your glucose levels.
