Yes,,,,but...: Chew sugarless gum or gum sweetened with xylitol is the best.  Fruit is healthy, but it still contains sugar.  If you can't brush after you eat fruit chew the gum...It will help increase salivary flow which helps prevent cavities.

i have bought some cbd fruit gums when my friend said am i allowed them with the 100mg fentanyl patches?  the fruit gums apart from the smell is 100mg for the 20 fruit gums in the pack.  can i take them?

Caution : Is recommended. The most important thing is to have clear goals as to why you would take them. Second letting your fentanyl prescriber know will help in case undesirable side/unexpected effects. Last is to start low and go slow, taking only 1 for couple of days and then increase as tolerated, they are probably 5 mg per gum.

Oral Allergy Syndrom: If you have lip, gum, and even throat itching but no other symptoms and if these symptoms occur with uncooked but nor cooked fruit or vegetables you likely have oral allergy syndrome. Oral allergy syndrome occurs when heat-sensitive proteins in fruit & vegetables cross-react with birch tree & ragweed pollens. To be certain your allergist can take a full history and perform skin testing.

Bleeding gums: Chances of HIV/HepB/HepC/Syphilis/HPV very small. If concerned, see your General Physician or Urgent Care (not ER) for an evaluation. You probably do have, however, an infection. Bleeding gums indicate Gingivitis or Periodontitis, varying degrees of Gum Disease. Please, as gum disease has been implicated in damage to other organ systems, see a General Dentist or gum specialist Periodontist now.

Cavity?: A cavity is a hole in something. Sounds like you have a an issue with your glands/ducts in the floor of your mouth, like a salivary stone, but your description is inconsistent. Is it in your gums? In your lower teeth? Or under your tongue? Post a photo or see your dentist for more help.

Allergic reaction: The itchy throat, gums, tounge and lips suggest an allergic response.  The difference between fresh fruit and canned fruit is the processing.  The canning process alters the chemical make-up of food by changing the ph, salinity or moisture levels of the food.  Also canning denatures enzymes and proteins in the fruit that you might be specifically allergic too.
