See a neurologist: A frontal lobe lesion isn't part of a "negative MRI." Keep a log of your headaches (timing, frequency, severity, duration, associated symptoms) and take it to a neurologist, along with a CD of the previous brain MRI. Fibromyalgia: 30 yo with cognitive, bladder, headache, parasthesias issues, &amp; MRI frontal lesion seeks diagnostic alternative to "MS". Excepting for the single brain finding sign, which might be a "red herring", this constellation of symptoms can be seen in fibromyalgia. A Rheumatology consultation might be indicated.

possibilities: A number of things could be responsible--stroke, tumor, infection, etc.. You need an MRI with contrast to look more closely to narrow down possibilities.

See your doctor: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

why would a radiologist refer to frontal lobe lesions as posterior.  i'm confused if this is still the frontal lobe or another part of the brain.

Lesions: Rarely do brain lesions cause muscle twitching. There are are many causes of brain MRI lesions. Some causes are benign/nonpathological (falsely termed) due to not portending a specific progressive/degenerative process such as gliosis/lesions seen in migraine patients. Some lesions are definitely pathological like in MS. But diagnosis is clinical - based on history of symptoms, MRI, LP, &amp; bloodwork

i have 28 symptoms of ms. nothing shows up in my blood work. had a mri and it says single focus of altered subcortical white matter signal within the left frontal lobe. my doctor said i would have lesions. is that what the results mean?

: Based upon your post, so far, you have NO evidence of Clinically Definite MS, whatever your purported "28 symptoms of MS".  The MRI is NOT confirmatory.  Rarely, lesions are noted if an MRI of the cervical spinal cord is imaged.  Urge you obtain a second opinion from a neurologist who has extensive experience, as the false negative MS diagnosis rate is about 25-30 %!!

do adhd meds fix short term memory loss saw a neurologist for memory issues and brain fog, after every test diagnosis was adhd, when i take the meds, my memory aint better at all. mri showed lesions ms was cleared, right parietal/ frontal lobe spots?

: Go back to your Neurologist and tell him what remaining symptoms are continueing and which have gone away. They can adjust your medications or add different ones to get the correct treatment that you need.

: Not feasible to be precise with the limited information presented, but anatomically, the right-sided brain lesions might explain left-sided signs.  The complexities need underlying answers, and a progressive process needs to be ruled out.  See an academic neurologist at a nearby medical school and tie all of this together.

Inside the skull: The frontal lobe is located inside the skull( cranium) in the front part ( anterior cranial fossa) somewhat above the eyes. You actually have two of them-- a right frontal lobe and a left frontal lobe.
