See your doctor : Unless you have a history of headaches and this is a "typical' headache you should be evaluated. There are many reasons you may have a headache and most are not serious, however your provider can help decide it additional evaluation or intervention may be necessary. If you have a fever and  vomiting, dizziness or any other neurologic signs you should be seen now.

I do not: think you can determine if headaches are "frontal lobe" in nature. If you mean headaches in the front of your head the most common cause is sinusitis! The loss of appetite/nausea  are probably UNRELATED!
In any case at age 25 these are most likely NOT serious complaints...seek the advice of your PCP (primary Care Provider) and BTW get your eyes checked as well!

ENT: Difficult to pin down symptoms. You may need to see more than one clinician. Start with an ENT doc evaluation.

Imaging Tests, Labs?: A painful headache for 3 weeks needs to have a CT Scan done to rule out brain pathology. Have you had this done? Other problems such as neck arthritis can cause a headache. There is a reason for the pain 
Has the doctor given you any oral medication to help with the headache?
A specialist in this area called a neurologist may be helpful.  Primary care doctors in the US treat headaches as well

No: The calcifications may be the result of an old injury or infection. The radiologist may be able to give you an explanation. It is unlikely if the calcifications have been there since birth that they are related to his headaches.

Call doc or go to ER: Whenever headache is worse than normal, or lasts longer than similar headaches, or happens more often, then a person must get seen right away. See take her to an ER.  Or you may call her neurologist and discuss this first, if he/she is available.  New types of headaches can have very serious causes, and evaluation will determine if something must be done STAT to prevent harm.

Consider Botox: Consider Botox in the glabellar region.  If this works then you would benefit from migraine decompression surgery.

about 3x5cm arachnoid cyst, right frontal lobe, no changes for 6 years. can it cause symtoms now like, headaches, forgeting, musical hallucinations?

See your neurologist: It's best to see your neurologist for an evaluation.  Any on-line answer will be superficial.  Musical hallucinations and forgetfulness should be evaluated directly by a physician.  If the headaches are causing visual problems please go to an emergency room.  Hope this helps.
