i have a 6mm collloid cyst on third ventricle.  i have severe frontal headaches and dizziness. should i be worried?

I hope you have seen: A neurosurgeon. Colloid cysts are benign tumors but if they obstruct the openings of the 3rd ventricle they can cause rapid death.  It can be sudden.  In most cases they do not obstruct the ventricle but i would recommend you see a neurosurgeon who will follow you carefully and have to operate when he or she feels it is most beneficial for yu.

i have a bad frontal headache that is causing  dizziness. i can barely walk. what could this be?

Sinus congestion: If there is pressure in the area above your eyes, you could very well have congestion in the middle ear also, which causes dizziness from pressing on the inner ear. How long have you had this headache and do you have similar headaches?

get dizziness and bad frontal headache everytime i stand up. i do have low blood pressure. but could this be symptoms of something serious ?

Better with lying?: If it is completely better with lying down, it may be a symptom of intracranial hypotension.  While this is not a serious condition, it is a problem with have a headache whenever you stand.  It it is definitely positional in nature, you will want to explain this to a doctor who can see you in person and help you get the right treatment for it.  It is probably not caused by your blood pressure.

32 y/o fem. had negative mri last yr w/2 mm frontal lobe lesion.now having dull, very brief headaches,nausea,&dizziness. should i have follow up mri?

See a neurologist: A frontal lobe lesion isn't part of a "negative MRI." Keep a log of your headaches (timing, frequency, severity, duration, associated symptoms) and take it to a neurologist, along with a CD of the previous brain MRI. Exam: Your symptoms require an exam and blood/urine evaluation: suggestive of both anemia and/or diabetes.The dizziness and exhaustion are suggestive of anemia. Please make an appointment to see your PCP.

Worrisome...: If a headache is bad enough to awaken you from your sleep, or is very severe, whether frontal or other part of scalp (there are no pain fibers in the brain!), you must see your physician.  Most presume a headache is just a headache. But if never evaluated/worked up for causes, particularly if pattern changes, or become more severe, it needs to be. Must rule out brain tumor. If no cause found, rx.

Many causes: Most headaches have benign causes (migraine tension type etc) but there are few causes that have to be ruled out see a specialist.

He/she will be able to evaluate you, check your vital signs, and then decide on the best course of treatment, or any alternative medication (if needed) based on your evaluation.

ive a throbbing pain at the top of my neck and frontal headache for 3 days now. its sore turning head side to side and crepitus when moving.what could this be? i had whiplash10years ago and have degenerative changes in c6-7 but this is painful c1/2?

Where does it go? 
What makes it better/worse? 
How long does it last?  
Medication helps/worsens?
 If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

Discuss with your Drs. You all will figure it out.
