Everyone different: Thigh is not a painful as lower back elbow rib cage and foot tattoos. THe thigh is a meaty area and thus the tattoo process will hurt less,. Thin skin say on the foot or elbow hurts much more than the thigh.

swollen inner thigh, not lymph node, with red blotch, no itch or pain, 2 inches down from a 2 day old tattoo. what could have caused it?

Many possibilities: If it's warm to touch and the redness is spreading it's possible it could be cellulitis (a skin infection).  If this doesn't improve, and certainly if it worsens, you should have this examined by a physician.  If it is cellulitis, you will need to have antibiotics Rx.

: Prior cerebral palsy, and a pending hand surgery, would not ordinarily be absolute contraindications for a tattoo  on the thigh.  But discuss your plans with the  doctors dealing with your current status.

Less likely ,but: There is no really an established connection between getting tattoo and having the deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism. Having said that, there is indeed a case report of getting DVT with PE due to the infected tattoo and prolonged immobilization caused by pain. So go to the trusted tattoo parlor that practices adequate sanitation and prevent prolonged immobilization is paramount .

hello, i have a question about scarring and tattoos. i have keloids on my shoulder but they aren't from trauma to the skin. can i get a leg tattoo?

No: You risk getting keloids at the site of tattoos. Tattoos are a form of self mutilation and even a person without risk of keloids should not get those.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk prodFor good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Scab after a vaccine: It is probably ok to do that provided you are not going directly over the injection site.

Unlikely: The tattoo itself is only skin deep so it is unlikely to have caused the spasms.. More likely, the position that you must have held during the tattooing contributed to the fatigue and eventual spasms.

Sounds like : A nerve issue, i would recommend you see a neurologist. It may or may not be related to the tattoo. Any low back issues?

burnt my leg and i have a tattoo that is only 10 months old in the same spot. the burn was initially scaly and felt rough; it formed a blister three days after the initial injury. will the ink cause infection? its second degree, so down to dermis?

: Having a burn over a tattoo may result in an infection from the skin bacteria entering from the outside.  The 10 month old tattoo will not be the cause of the infection/inflammation although some people have allergic reactions to the ink, especially red ink
