Risk for Colds: Many factors could be at work here.  You may have a depressed immune system which your doctor can confirm or not-confirm.  Otherwise, try being a "germaphobe" for a while and see if that helps.  Use plenty of hand sanitizer, avoid crowds or those who are sick, don't touch things that the public touches.  Of course get plenty of rest and eat a healthy diet.  See if all that helps.

Colds: Virus exposure is most likely. Any other kids around? In daycare? Unusual possibilities are immunodeficiencies which are rare.

Not likely: But that is unknown. The inflammation that is related is chronic (continuing) and measured by such blood tests as "cardiac hs crp" &" pla2." inflammation and heart attack are increased in psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis, but a cause:effect is not established for inflammation causing increased risk of heart attack  in those 2 cases.

Essentially zero: Although there is some data suggesting that lung cancer occurs at a bit younger age in never-smokers compared with smokers, in the absence of (for instance) immune system deficiency or underlying lung disease or the presence of cancer elsewhere in the body which could spread to the lungs, the likelihood of lung cancer at age 21 in an otherwise healthy non-smoker is virtually zero.

Every day: But------vitamins all work together as a massive team of essential non caloric nutrients. They govern cellular biochemistry and present a totally different approach to medical treatment and prevention. You can't take a vitamin like you may take an Aspirin for a headache. You need a little research of your own.

"anemia" is not a di: "Anemia" is not a diagnosis any more than fever is. The problems are common and trivial, not a sign of significant trouble. Review in detail with the pediatrician.

PMD rec?: It is not surprising from the limited information given that neuro wasn't helpful. None of those symptoms are neurologic. They are all vague and common, so hard to pin down. I would regroup with your primary care md to see what he or she thinks. A low white blood cell count (WBC) may be a paradoxical reaction to infection (eg viral) or related to an auto-immune issue.

: Children may have frequent upper respiratory tract infections, which typically improve within one week. The fever should resolve within 48 hours.
