i am 14 and a year ago i had normal periods then for the past 10 months they have been extremely irregular and im not sure what to do as i dont want to tell my parents but cant find a free way to text a gynaecologist.

Teen periods: Early in the adolescent years ovulation frequency is irregular( with no sex) and thus the menstrual cycles. By age 15/16 Mother Nature has the production company working full time and the periods usually are regular. However, your Mother should be advised about this issue so that a GYN MD can examine you and be certain all is O.K. County Health and Planned Parenthood clinics will see you as well.

Depends: Right now depends on where you live and if the disease already spreaded in your comunity.
If the virus hasn't spreaded, everyone with the cold symptoms and everyone who has been in contact with an infected person.
If the virus spreaded already in your comunity is better to save the test for people suffering from the full disease, so they can be diagnosed and isolated

All of them : Any home pregnancy test that can be purchased at a pharmacy in the us is legitimate. They are highly effective and reliable. They are all regulated by fda.  Go buy one now and take a test and you will have your answer. If its negative and you don't desire pregnancy as a teenager please schedule a visit to discuss birth control.

computer text gets blurry once in a while. is this from  bad vision?

Probably not: The most common disturbance during sustained computer work is eye dryness.  Try using a drop that is lubricating (not 'gets the red out'), when you experience that type of blur.  If that doesn't work, then see your ophthalmologist to see if there is an eyeglass need.

Ah, Dizziness!: Dizziness is a term that is not medical. This word means different things to different people--i've probably heard at least 50 things that different patients of mine have meant by that word. Now lots of doctors will assume that by that term you mean vertigo but such is often not the case. Re-submit your question with a better description to get a better answer.

i took a first response digitial text and after three minutes there was just a solid clock does that mean the test malfunctioned?

Yes: Pregnancy tests come in a variety of forms with a variety of indicators. The First Response Digital Pregnancy Test has a small rectangular window on which the words Yes + or No - would appear. If your window was solid black, the test has malfunctioned, either because there was not enough urine detected or because the test was faulty. Get another test and try again.

i took 1/4 of a 1mg zanex 5 weeks ago. i had been taking 1/4 once a day about 2-3 days a week for 2 months. would it show in a drug text now?

Not from 5 wks ago: Xanax (alprazolam) is a short acting benzodiazepine.  Theorectically, it is possible for a drug test to be positive for benzodiazepines up to six weeks after taking Xanax (alprazolam).  However, that is more likely to occur when taking high doses regularly.  If you were taking only 0.25 mg every 2-3 days and have not taken any in the past 5 weeks, it is very unlikely a drug test would be positive for benzodiazepines.

Can be tough to tell: This is the age old question, isn't it? There is likely much more to this story... How much does she enjoy being with you, is she distracted, make excuses to not be with you, etc? If you find there are chunks of time that are not accounted for, strange behavior, or a disinterested appearance, then a calm discussion of the matter might be called for.
