Yes: You can fly as a passenger without issue.  If by fly, you mean be a pilot, you will probably have to undergo some extra testing to be cleared.  Hope this helps!

if patient is non-compliant to antipsychotics, can they be given covert intramuscular injections against their will by a family member whose a nurse?

Reality can change: If a psychotic patient is non-compliant and lacking enough medication in his brain, he is sick and may see his caregivers as giving him injections against his will. Once he gets enough medications in his brain, he is better and may see the identical situation as his caregivers helping him by giving the injections he himself wants in order to avoid going psychotic again. Reality is not constant.

Family disease: Psychiatrists are not immune from addiction.
Consider attending a meeting of al-anon or nar-anon, for the families and friends of alcoholics and addicts.

i goofed up and took effexor (venlafaxine) twice on same day (total 825 mg).  no outward signs of overdose.  chance of covert damage to heart, liver, etc?  :(

Neither: Iy is my opinion that if you had a sleeve gastrectomy for morbid obesity, and it didn't work, there is not a reasonable expectation that another procedure will work. The operation is only one tool in a box that also must contain dietary modification and some calorie restriction, along with an exercise program and and a perspective that these changes are sustainable for the rest of your life.

a general overall question not personal. if someone whos unvaccinated due to health recommendation. question 1. unvaccinated wouldnt they eventually catch covid anyway ? question 2. would they ever be able to be mask free unvaccinated? if no shot?

: There are very few circumstances where covid vaccination is contraindicated . So make sure you consult a  doctor knowledgeable in this field. Catching covid will depend upon exposure and your immune system and is not a given. Mask  is safer for unvaccinated till the epidemic is over and it changes to being endemic, and antivirals specific to it come out for treatment
