Probably: Always take this type of medicine (NSAID) with food as long term use has been associated with ulcers.  
Also find a good hands-on osteopath who can treat this with hands-n treatment.  I prefer ones from the Cranial Academy because they have even more training so you can get some treatment.  Otherwise you may pain off and on for years, with compensatory mechanics that cam also cause trouble.

i went to care now for xray, unrelated they said my tailbone was broken but it was old injury. can you tell from xray if broken bone is old injury??

Yes,: you can usually tell an old healed fracture from an acute fracture on xray. The sacrum/coccyx is sometimes problematic because it is often not well visualized on xray due to overlapping structures, and there is a wide range of normal angulation which can sometimes be mistaken for a fracture.

Let me explain: That is not true, if you fracture of the tail bone, usually  you seen the healing of the bone, it may not be very clear but it will be there.
The tail bone is the back wall of the rectum and could cause some problem with defecation, so we recommend using some stool softener when you injury to the tail bone.

: Your fractured ribs should be healed by now. The callus may still be visible on chest x-ray and the broken ribs could be identifiable.

See a foot specialis: If you think you fractured your heel you should have an xray to confirm the fracture. Often heel fracture occur after falling from a height often from a ladder but can occur from blunt traum as well.

Not unusual: Depending on the accident characteristics, one can have contusions, bruising, strains almost anywhere!

6 to 8 weeks: For a healthy individual, bone normally takes 6-8 weeks to heal.  Delayed healing can occur in some instances.  In the 5th metatarsal, a fracture known as a jones fracture is notorious for healing issues due to poor blood supply in the area.  There are devices called bone stimulators which have to shown to speed up bone healing which might be an option for you in the future.
