what percentage of periodic breathing on my cpap is dangerous? i believe im fortunate since im at 0% for 1 day, 7 days and 30 days. my ahi is 1.0, 0.8 and 0.6.

: Zero percent periodic breathing is very good. Your AHI is also within the acceptable range, but please review your sleep findings in relation to your symptoms with your sleep specialist. Watch for air hunger, dizziness and shortness of breath.

Might help: Sometimes rashes are related to an allergy to a protein in the formula, so changing formulas helps.  Sometimes other things are necessary, like creams or lotions or moisturizing soaps. Often babies have rashes on their faces that bother the parents more than they bother the babies.  These include baby acne, cradle cap, and many others.  Your pediatrician can tell the difference.

if you're significantly overweight is it ok to lose weight quickly (like a low carb) or should you try for the conventional 1-2 pounds a week.  i am 5'0 and weigh 254 pounds.  i'm fortunant to not have any medical problems and i go regularly for physicals

Life long habits: Losing weight is the "easy" part. (not easy at all, of course). The hard part is keeping it off. Therefore, losing weight quickly will not accomplish your goal.  Instead, change your habits to focus on pleasurable activities independent of meals and eat in a manner that is sustainable. That means slow weight loss. You should not attempt to lose 100 lbs in anything less than 24 months.

Yes you should: With compressin fracture of  t6 you should be wearing a back brace jewett brace for stable or tlso for unstable fracture.But you should be under care of an orthopedic surgeon as sometime you need kyphoplasty or vertibuloplasty as advocated by some.But even if no surgery is needed or indicated you need to be evaluated by an orthopedic md for long term management and further prevention.

Yes: Prescribing glasses without making a spectacle of yourself gets easier with years of precribing experience.  Often the ".Correct" prescription will not be accepted by a patient.  Tweaking "correct" prescriptions to make them acceptable to the patient is helped with years of experience, .

Can't judge: I imagine the couple is more interested in a healthy surrogate. It so happens that candidates in poorer areas may be more willing or interested in being a surrogate. If both parties benefit, i see no harm.
